You expertly managed the entire project. You took care of every detail and communicated regularly with status updates. The design process was comprehensive and flexible, quickly providing several options to choose from based on our initial input. Your insights were invaluable, always providing clear and thorough explanations on the pros and cons of each option. Numerous catalogs and booklets were provided to help visualize the concepts and ideas, and even accompanying us to a vendor location so we could see our options first-hand was amazing. In addition, your flexibility and willingness to accommodate our busy schedule exceeded our expectation by coming to our office to show samples of different materials and willing to meet any time to discuss the next steps, including Friday nights!!!

During the construction phase, your crew was highly experienced and very attentive to detail. The precision and patience in cutting the rounded corner pieces was highly impressive (and we have a lot of rounded edges). They were also reliable, appearing to work every day at the same time, ensuring minimal disruptions to the project timeline, thereby completing everything on schedule. On top of all this, they were always courteous and respectful, cleaning up meticulously and ensuring sharp and heavy tools were not left out to be found in the wrong hands of our kids.

The end result is a beautiful patio, with a pergola sitting area with lighting all around, including a chandelier (great idea!). We also have an amazing leveled backyard with a retaining wall and finally grass (no more rocks!!). We’ve had many compliments from neighbors and friends who are amazed at the wonderful job you did. Your commitment to quality and customer service far exceeded our expectation and will leave a lasting impact for many years to come. It truly was a pleasure working with the entire team.

I was hesitant to replace our front walk with a customized walkway because of the potential cost and not believing it would make much of a difference in our home's appearance. However, once completed I was amazed at how much better our house looks. This was money well-spent!

You and your crew were very thorough (Mike even went door-to-door to our neighbor's to get the HOA required signatures), courteous and professional throughout the process. Dear Mike,

This note is to express our sincere appreciation for the transformation performed on our backyard by METRO. You solved our problems and exceeded our expectations with the final product and superior customer service. From the beginning, METRO was with us by providing solutions each step of the way. The initial concept design helped us to see on paper the different options available to us within our budget. Other contractors were unable to conceptually design the usable space in the backyard, until METRO stepped in. It was amazing to see how everything was designed to scale. Most importantly was the fact that the METRO concept design drawings were instrumental in obtaining the project’s go-ahead approval from our Home Owners Association, after a previous attempt was denied.

The METRO work crew was professional and courteous from demolition of the steep outdoor stairs, grading of unlevel land, hard-scape installation, electrical wire routing, concrete pouring, and final tree selection and landscaping. It was all of the extras from METRO that made the difference…the planning, the courteous coordination of schedules, the clean-up of the worksite every afternoon before leaving, and the meticulous attention to detail ensuring that everything was perfect and to our satisfaction each step of the way.

We have entertained all Summer and we are still receiving raving compliments of how beautiful the back yard looks and how comfortable it feels. People often comment on how every square foot of the yard is beautiful and the small space was maximized…from the sunrise deck, to the stone patio below, retaining walls allow spacious seating for our guests, to the ‘Captain’s Quarters’ under the deck, and the 12 x 12 Gazebo that holds our hot-tub…all of this within a 42’ X 30’ area!

Our yard is now referred to as an Urban Oasis. It gives us a place to get away today and for many years to come. It was only possible because METRO made it happen – many thanks!!

After waiting for over 18 months, I finally decided to start landscaping my new home. I was referred to Metro Landscaping by the builder who built my home. I found Metro to be very prompt, professional and courteous. They came to my house to see the property and spent a lot of time talking to us about our landscaping goals and desires. My house is finished and we think it turned out beautifully. I realize this was a difficult project for you and we truly appreciate all the thought and hard work you put into our new home. The fence, flagstones, and especially the front stoop design required a lot of coordination, and your staff responded wonderfully. I would particularly like to thank your installation crew who worked in the rain with a tarp. They kept their cool heads - sometimes in the midst of a hurricane. In spite of how smoothly everything went, Ronnie has promised not to put this house into production.

We would like to take a moment to let you know how very pleased we have been with our experience with Metro Landscape & Construction, INC. When we chose Metro to build a fence and brick paver patio for our home, we had no idea just how beautifully the project would turn out. After our first meeting with our salesperson, Gabe Singer, we knew we would get exactly what we were looking for.

From our very first meeting with him, Gabe demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and sincerity. Gabe understood that he was building a part of our home that would be used every day. He took time to sit down with us to make sure that we understood every aspect of our project. He illustrated for us the general layout of the fence and patio and offered suggestions for getting the most out of the space. When it came time to choose the pavers and landscape materials, Gabe not only spent extra hours (on a Friday evening) showing us all of our options in the showroom, but also drove us to a nearby model home to see the pavers on a similar patio. This kind of dedication is rare and we truly appreciated it.

As with any project, there were minor changes that needed to be made as things progressed. Gabe was always forthcoming about these changes and took the time to explain why the changes were necessary and how things would end up. He was extremely reliable in returning phone calls, delivering paperwork, and following up with any questions that we had. His knowledge and expertise always left us feeling even better about our decision to work with Metro.

Now that summer is approaching, we are using our patio on a daily basis. Gabe made sure that we would have a space that was functional, beautiful, and well built. It is difficult to imagine that we would have been as happy with our final product if we had not been fortunate enough to have Gabe working with us. We are extremely grateful for his hard work, dedication, and expertise.
